She is bonded and insured carrying $50,000 E&O Insurance and $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance. Equipped with smartphone, high speed internet, a dual tray laser printer, and having scan to email capability, Lynn has the equipment needed to service your signings and closings promptly and professionally.
